Temple of the Four Winds believes that in order to progress and evolve spiritually, we must rid ourselves of fear-based programming. Temple of the Four Winds WILL NOT REQUIRE its staff members, members or participants to wear masks, gloves, or shields, or take any precautionary measures other than those of standard hygienic practices, that stem from fear-based programming while attending any event, meeting, or sacred ceremony. Any use of masks, gloves or shields will be solely at the discretion of the staff member, member, or participant choosing to utilize it. Temple of the Four Winds believes that everything happens in alignment with divine order. Attendance of any events, activities or ceremonies held by Temple of the Four Winds is completely by means of the free will of any and all individuals involved.

By signing below, I acknowledge and agree that the spiritual/religious beliefs stated above are not forced upon me, and that I attend these events, activities and/or ceremonies through my OWN FREE WILL. I also agree that the risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place or event where people are present.

Furthermore, I understand that ANY and all physical or mental harm that may result from attending any events, activities and/or ceremonies in relation to the spiritual/religious beliefs stated above hold harmless Temple of the Four Winds, its staff members, other participants, and its members.
